Overview
BimBi Italiani, in collaboration with the Xaverian Missionaries of Khlong Toey, presents "Recycling in Solidarity: Connecting Communities, Supporting Kids", a community-driven event celebrating Global Recycling Day.
This initiative brings together families, children, and the expat community in Khlong Toey, Bangkok, to actively engage in recycling and environmental sustainability while supporting underprivileged children through an engaging, fun, and meaningful experience.
The goal is to foster community solidarity, promote environmental responsibility, and directly benefit local children and youth. Participants will contribute to sustainability efforts and take part in creative and educational activities that highlight the importance of recycling and social engagement.

Participating Families
400 THB for family (higher donations are welcome)
Fundraising Goal
50,000 THB to cover the event day and support the Xaverian Missionaries for underprivileged children.
Activities
- Presentation on Recycling and Community Solidarity – A brief introduction on the importance of recycling, sustainability, and social solidarity. The NGOs involved will be presented, explaining their mission and how the event's funds will support underprivileged children. Sponsors will also be acknowledged.
- Creative Art with Recycled Materials – Families and children will create artworks using recyclable materials, promoting creativity, teamwork, and environmental awareness. The final pieces may be displayed at the NGO center.
- Free Play & Cultural Exchange – Children from different communities will engage in interactive games, fostering inclusivity, cultural exchange, and meaningful connections.
- Healthy Snacks & Refreshments – A hydration and snack station will offer nutritious options, reinforcing healthy habits.
- Fundraising & Community Engagement – Attendees can donate to support the Xaverian Missionaries' programs for underprivileged children, with businesses and sponsors encouraged to contribute and promote social responsibility.
