Ospitalita' Italiana, is an international project started in 2010 that aims to certify the authentic Italian restaurants around the world.
Main goals of this project are to develop and promote the tradition of Italian food and agricultural products worldwide; honour the Italian gastronomic culture and create new opportunities and promotion methods for Italian Restaurants around the world with the Ospitalita' Italiana seal.
Several Italian restaurants in the whole Thailand have been considered but just a few will receive this important award.
All the 9 restaurants positively responded to the strict requisites for quality of the ingredients, genuine Italian recipes and wines, chefs with direct experience in Italy and, over all, a strong commitment to spread and enhance the Italian culture overseas.
