BuonDee EP.3: Italian Gelato Masterclass

The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is delighted to announce the upcoming monthly food and beverage event, "BuonDee EP.3: Italian Gelato Masterclass," scheduled for the 15th March 2024.

BuonDee, a fusion of "good" in Italian and Thai, marks a rebranding initiative from last year's Italian Wine Appreciation Club. The project's primary objective is to promote Italian food and beverage along with etiquette in Thailand, elevating the overall experience for participants.

In collaboration with Iceteam 1927 / Cattabriga, the third episode of BuonDee promises a delightful journey into the world of sweetness. Renowned Chef Gianmichele Olivares, owner of Da Lena Trattoria Italiana, Da Lena Pizzeria Napoletana, and Da Lena Gelateria Italiana, alongside Chef Matteo Zini, owner of Zini Contemporary Gelateria, will lead a special masterclass. Attendees will not only have the opportunity to savor gourmet gelato but also learn the art of making it firsthand from these esteemed chefs!
