BuonDee EP. 5 "Bronze Cut Pasta Tasting Experience"

The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is delighted to announce the upcoming monthly food and beverage event, "BuonDee," scheduled for Friday, 28 June 2024 at TICC Connect.

BuonDee, a fusion of "good" in Italian and Thai, marks a rebranding initiative from last year's Italian Wine Appreciation Club. The project's primary objective is to promote Italian food and beverage etiquette in Thailand, elevating the overall experience for participants.

In collaboration with Cirio, Garofalo, EWTA, and KCG the fifth episode of BuonDee is about "Bronze Cut Pasta Tasting Experience". In this episode, we are delighted to welcome Chef Francesco Deiana, Chef Partner & Co-Founder of La Dotta Pasta Bar & Restaurant as our cooking demonstrator. To create a wonderful experience for our guests, Chef Francesco will use tomato products from Cirio and fresh pasta from Garofalo as ingredients to make amazing and appetizing pasta dishes.
