BuonDee EP.6 “Wine and Cheese Experience”

The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is delighted to announce the upcoming monthly food and beverage event, "BuonDee," episode 6 "Wine and Cheese Tasting Experience",scheduled for Friday, 26 July 2024 at TICC Connect.

BuonDee, a fusion of "good" in Italian and Thai, marks a rebranding initiative from last year's Italian Wine Appreciation Club. The project's primary objective is to promote Italian food and beverage etiquette in Thailand, elevating the overall experience for participants.

In collaboration with Food Gallery and Italasia, our upcoming Buondee event will be under the theme of "Wine and Cheese Tasting Experience". We are thrilled to announce that Mr. Fabio Zaca, Head of Wine Business at Italasia, will be our speaker for the evening. Mr. Fabio will introduce the wonders of Italian cheese and wine to our guests.

The paring will be in the following order.

1. Prosecco DOC, Allegrini, Veneto, Current Vintage will be paired with Mini Mozzarelle.
2. Langhe DOC Arneis, Damilano, Piemonte, Current Vintage will be paired with Provolone grill.
3. Montepirolo, San Patrignano, Emilia-Romagna, 2019 will be pairedwith Gorgonzola.
4. Bardolino, Corte Giara, Veneto, 2021 will be pairedwith Grana Padano.
