June 29, 2021, 3:00pm to June 29, 2021, 4:30pmThe Thai Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is glad to announce the Cooking Masterclass "Emilia Romagna, il territorio e i suoi prodotti" (in English: Discovering Emilia Romagna Region in its traditional dishes) , in collaboration with ASSOCAMERESTERO, under the worldwide authentic Italian food and beverage promotion of True Italian Taste.This project is entirely promoted and funded by MAECI – Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and it is celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the Italian Republic.

The Cooking Masterclass will be led by Chef Stefano Merlo of Via Emilia Restaurant in Bangkok.

The video-recording of the event will be uploaded on the YouTube Channel of the Chamber.

The event is private and on invitation only due to current Covid-19 restrictions.
