ETOMAATO – European Tomato, A Red Passion

The official unveiling of ETOMAATO, a unique initiative that celebrates the excellence, quality, and passion behind European processed tomatoes. This project aims to promote awareness and appreciation of this iconic ingredient, highlighting its origin, sustainability, and culinary versatility.

You are cordially invited to join the Press Conference, which will be held on Monday, 26 May 2025, from 14:30 to 16:00 at TICC Connect—the Chamber's newly expanded space dedicated to activities, seminars, co-working, and networking events.

Renowned Italian Chef Ermanno Lelli, known for his international culinary expertise, will be delighting audiences with a live cooking demonstration following the Press Conference. He will prepare the iconic classic Italian tomato pasta, showcasing the authentic flavors and techniques of Italian cuisine.

Don't miss the chance to witness his culinary mastery up close during the Live Cooking Show at THAIFEX – Anuga Asia, hosted at the OI Pomodoro Booth (L43-N6). Daily from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. Come savor the art of Italian cooking!
