The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) invites members and friends to join the TICC seminar – Health & Wellness: Introduction to Wellness Tree Approach and Fitness Journey, in collaboration with TICC Platinum Member Bumrungrad International Hospital which will be held at Studio 1 – Sindhorn Wellness by Resense Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok on the 5th July 2022 from 10:00 – 12:00 hrs. (Bangkok time).

Getting started with wellness is like taking care of plants. We start by giving them adequate soil, water and fertilizer for them to grow healthy. Just like the genes of each individual person.

As we get older, even if we have good genes and we take good care of ourselves. The functions of our body organs deteriorate over time, whether it be hormones, immune, digestive, nervous system and other organs in our body can cause various disease as we age.
