GTCC Joint Chambers Luncheon on Economic Outlook 2016
Wednesday 3 June 2015 | 12:00 – 14:00 am | Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok
Five months into the year 2015, concerns over the global growth momentum prevail. Economic development in the United States and China, and Emerging Markets more broadly, has stayed behind previous expectations. As a consequence, more and more Central banks around the world engage in policy easing – both conventional and unconventional – and extend the time horizons for their actions. A relative surprise to the up-side has been the European recovery trajectory, despite relevant tail and event risk (e.g. Greece, Ukraine). ASEAN economies have been impacted by these developments, while Thailand struggles more than others for a variety of reasons. What is the near- and mid-term outlook for Thailand's and ASEAN"s export oriented economies? How does current Central bank policy impact financial and risk management of corporations? Why relative competitiveness and productivity is more central than ever to countries' and enterprises' forward trajectory?
The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to join the Joint Chambers Luncheon on the "Economic Outlook 2016" organized by the German-Thai Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday 3 June 2015 at the Grand Ballrom I, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok.
