This two-part event features a presentation by Santa Fe Relocation Services and a Thailand, cross-cultural workshop from Mahanakorn Partners Group (MPG).
Santa Fe Relocation Services enable people and organisations to work, live and thrive in new places around the world. The presentation will provide advice for and examples of successful mobility management.
MPG is a one-stop provider of international business services in Thailand and ASEAN, including incorporation, accounting, legal and transaction advisory. Crafting Your Cultural Toolbox, led by John Knipfing, will approach several cultural issues, including: What is culture and how does it affect international interactions? What are my cultural preferences? How can I identify the cultural gaps between myself and the Thais? How can I bridge those gaps for effective interactions? The workshop will include visual examples from the training materials, cultural theory and discussion.
Questions will be encouraged throughout, but some time will be reserved after the presentations for Q&A.
