THE AUTHENTIC ITALIAN TABLE

The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce is currently collaborating with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce Abroad in the True Italian Taste project which aims to consolidate the knowledge of the authentic Italian products in the Thai market, with particular focus on PDO-PGI products.

In dedication to the project, we are organizing an event called "The Authentic Italian Table: All You Need is Cooking Pizza". During the event, we will extend invitations to a selected audience including influencers who will attend a dedicated masterclass learning how to prepare and cook authentic Neapolitan Pizza, according to AVPN – Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.

The event will take place on Thursday, 24th September at Peppina Soi 31 (Map). This event is private and on invitation only.
