Join us for a celebration of Italy's culinary heritage at Panettone Day, this exclusive event will showcase the traditional Italian way of enjoying panettone and fine wines. This event highlights the authentic Italian way of enjoying panettone, with artisanal creations from Fully Baked Story and a curated wine selection by ITALASIA.

We are honored to have two esteemed pastry chefs and speakers: Khun Srippom Laowakul (Ple), Pastry Chef and Founder of Fully Baked Story Bangkok, and Khun Jakthong Ubolsootvanich (Mumu), a renowned chef and restaurateur, former Co-Founder of Let Them Eat Cake and Maison Bleue. Khun Mumu is a popular YouTuber behind MUMU-TOFU STORY. With their expertise in Italian and French-inspired patisserie, they will share insights on crafting and pairing panettone for a truly authentic experience.

The event will conclude with a Q&A session, allowing guests to engage with our chefs and gain valuable tips. Limited seats are available, so please reserve as soon as possible to immerse yourself in this elegant Italian tradition.
