The Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce (TICC) is hosting a monthly wine tasting "𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯". This project aims at promoting Italian wine and wine culture in the Kingdom of Thailand.

In this fifth episode, delight in up to four distinct wines from Italy's diverse regions, thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of four artisanal cheeses.

Discover the enchanting world of Italian cheeses, as meticulously crafted by Caseificio Maremma. Each bite carries the essence of Tuscan Maremma sheep's milk, and the rich traditions of local farming are cherished in every piece. A symphony of flavours awaits, hand-salted and aged to perfection in the hills of Castel del Piano.
